Two Worcester Teams Win Championships, Earn NCAA Berths
In dramatic fashion, Assumption and WPI softball teams both clinched conference championships on the same weekend, punching their tickets to the NCAA tournament. One came down to a walkoff home run with two outs in the final inning.
