Waterbury Teens Shovel Snow for Elderly Neighbors
A group of teenagers in Waterbury, Connecticut is keeping their community safe this winter by volunteering to shovel driveways and walkways for elderly and disabled residents. The young volunteers work through the Waterbury Police Department's Police Activity League.
