
UCSF Opens Young Adult Colon Cancer Clinic as Rates Rise
A new UCSF clinic is providing specialized support for young adults with colorectal cancer, which has jumped 55% in people under 50 since 2000. One survivor who beat Stage 4 colon cancer at age 29 is now cancer-free and urging others not to ignore symptoms.
