San Marcos Celebrates 32 Years of Juneteenth Freedom Events
The Juneteenth Foundation is hosting a month-long celebration of freedom in San Marcos, Texas, marking 32 years of honoring the day enslaved people in Texas learned they were free. From fish fries to unity walks, the nonprofit is bringing the community together throughout June to remember the promise of freedom.
